How To Choose What’s Right For You

If you’re not sure where to start, that’s completely normal. There’s no “right” level to be at — only what feels right for you right now.

You might enjoy an Everyday Reiki or Healing Session if:

  • You want to relax, reset, or receive

  • You’re curious but not looking to learn techniques

  • You’re new to healing or energy work

  • You’re attending a Healing, Connection & Learning Day and want to explore gently

These sessions are included in the event entrance and are designed to be easy, accessible, and pressure-free.

You might prefer an In-Depth Workshop (£20) if:

  • You want to understand how something works, not just experience it

  • You enjoy learning in a small group

  • You’re ready for something a little more structured

  • You’d like practical tools you can take away and use

Workshops are ideal if you’re curious to go deeper without committing to a full course.

A Certified Course may be right for you if:
