Events & Workshops
At Cafe in the Calm, our events offer flexible ways to take part, depending on what you need. Our monthly Healing, Connection & Learning Days combine short wellbeing sessions, immersive experiences like sound healing, and gentle introductions to holistic practices. Some people come to rest, others to explore or learn, and some later move into training. There’s no right way to join in, you’re free to follow what feels right.
