A grounded, experiential exploration

Curious about past life regression,  but want an experience that’s safe, thoughtful, and rooted in reality?

This 2-hour workshop offers a gentle, guided exploration of past life regression techniques, designed to be experiential without being sensational. Whether you see it as psychological, symbolic, spiritual, or simply imaginative, this session invites you to explore what arises — without pressure to believe, perform, or “see” anything dramatic.


What this workshop is about

Past life regression is often misunderstood. In this session, we approach it as an inner exploration — one that can reveal themes, emotions, patterns, and insights that may feel relevant to your current life, regardless of how you interpret the experience.

Some people experience images, others sense emotions, body sensations, or a simple “knowing.” All responses are valid. There is no right or wrong way to experience this work.


What to expect

Relax and restore with sound healing and guided meditation. This workshop combines the soothing tones of brass bowls, the full chakra-aligned crystal bowl set, and the calming rhythm of an ocean drum.

Each sound is carefully crafted to balance your energy, reduce stress, and promote deep relaxation.

Guided meditation sections complement the sound healing, helping you focus your mind, release tension, and achieve a state of inner peace. Whether you’re seeking to recharge your spirit or simply unwind, this session offers profound benefits for mental clarity, emotional well-being, and physical relaxation.

Bring a pillow, mat and blanket for relaxation or use one of our chairs.

About the venue – there is free parking to the rear and in surrounding streets. Halling Station is a 3 minute walk away.
